White Bean and Garlic Scapes Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. White Beans (1 can)
  • Juice from ½ lemon
  • About 4 oz. roughly chopped garlic scapes
  • 2-3 tsp. olive oil

Directions

Use blender or food processor to combine juice, scapes and olive oil.

Then add the white beans.

Refrigerate.
