White Bean and Garlic Scapes Dip

Ingredients:
1 lb. White Beans (1 can)
Juice from ½ lemon
About 4 oz. roughly chopped garlic scapes
2-3 tsp. olive oil
 
Directions:
Use blender or food processor to combine juice, scapes and olive oil.  Then add the white beans.  Refrigerate.
