- 1/4 Cup olive oil
- 1/4 Cup vegetable oil
- 2 Tablespoons honey
- 2 Tablespoons minced ginger
- 1 Tablespoon dijon mustard
- 2 Teaspoons grated lemon zest
- 1/2 Teaspoon kosher salt
- Add all ingredients into small bowl. Whisk until thoroughly combined.
- Taste. Adjust seasonings if necessary.
Lemon honey ginger dressing is especially good on salads with fresh fruit and grilled chicken or steak.
