The Antique Knot located in the 1890 old bank building at 74 Main Street, Stamford, NY features fine tribal and village rugs, kilims, and carpets. Explore the lost language of man through their weaving from the Turkmen of central Asia. The nomadic Baluch from Persia and Afghanistan. Kurdish tribes and nomadic rugs from southwest Persia. All are fresh to the market and hand washed by us. Another exciting dimension to the bank is the Skystone Gallery, displaying the art of the Navajo, Zuni and Hopi silver smiths and turquoise from the classic mines of the southwest.
