Strickland Hollow focuses on holistically farming apples to distill into brandy, Pommeau and gin. Our tasting room at 70 Main Street in Delhi features our creations along with beer, wine, cider and spirits from around NYS. We offer cooking classes year-round, and our café is open spring through fall.
