An old fashioned deli and salumeria specializing in smoked and dry cured meats. The storefront, open on the weekends, has limited hot smoked brisket, home baked goods, cheeses, conservas and pantry items; charcuterie is made on-sight in their USDA inspected facility from family recipes.
