Polar Bear Homemade Ice Cream & More is a unique destination farm market located just outside of Oneonta on State Highway 28 South in North Franklin, NY. Since 1949 Polar Bear has been producing artisan handmade ice cream from it’s original 1947 custard ice cream machines, Polar Bear also offers soft serve custard specialty flavors and old fashioned shakes & floats.
Seasonal homemade apple cider donuts, baked goods, along with 50’s style hamburgers, hot dogs, and fresh cut french fries. Enjoy a treat in this beautiful country setting overlooking a the pond or while the kids ride the little D&H kiddie train ride! We are pet friendly too!
