Pepacton Farms is adding Pepacton Farms Creamery in 2024. A certified organic dairy fourth generation family farm in Bovina Center, NY. The dairy has a grass and hay based diet with rotational grazing about six months of the year and consists of pure bred Holsteins, Jerseys, Brown Swiss, and Ayrshires. As a whole we strive for sustainability and stewardship. There is a sincere love for the cows and the land. We look forward to sharing our story, business and products.
