IN BUSINESS SINCE 2007; SOLAR POWERED SINCE 2022. We are a forage-based goat dairy producing farmstead artisanal cheeses that are Non-GMO and Animal Welfare Certified. We do everything on-site: from milking to cheese aging all in our own beautiful, on-site facility. Variety of award-winning cheeses including fresh chevre, ricotta, soft ripened, feta, and washed-rind.
