Magpies takes the bounty of the Catskills–in the form of local fruit, veg, honey, dairy, maple syrup–to make pies of all kinds. Traditional, flaky crust, with a cheeky and delicious twist. Pies can be found at her shop–where you can also dig into homemade biscuit sandwiches, coffee, and other breakfast/lunch options–as well as at area farmer’s markets and retailers, and outside the shop in her pie stand. Pies are our love letter to this beautiful place we call home!”
