Our sap house was built in 1985 although our family branch of the Wights has been producing maple syrup since the 1800s here in the Catskills.
Each sap season sees plenty of activity as we host Maple Weekend with a pancake breakfast, which helps support camperships to 4-H Camp Shankitunk in memory of our son, Terry.
Our New York State Grown & Certified maple syrup, maple products, maple supplies and CDL equipment, honey, fresh eggs and herefords are available year-round at our 140-acre working farm.
