Welcome to Hidden Pond Gardens. Nestled in the countryside of Richmondville, NY. Hidden Pond Gardens rests on 25 acres. We specialize in microgreens. We organically grow 365 days a year, providing over 21 varieties and blends of microgreen. For your restaurant, catering and your home. We also offer CSA programs starting at $10.00, so you can enjoy weekly, bi-weekly fresh, local nutritious microgreens all your long. All of our growing operations utilize solar, wind and heat pumps and we are a net zero farm. In 2024 and 2025 Hidden Pond Gardens was awarded Best Vegetable Product and the Empire State Entrepreneur EXPO hosted by The Institute of Rural Vitality, SUNY Cobleskill.
