Eagle Hollow Farm is located in the foothills of the beautiful Catskill Mountains of NYS.  We breed and sell show quality alpacas plus some wonderful alpacas for fiber or that special pet. Yarn and alpaca products are available in our farm store.  We offer all types of alpaca all weights of socks, hats, scarfs, glittens (gloves) all weights of socks from light-weight running to rugged outdoorsmen socks. We also have a large flock of free-range (spoiled!) laying hens who produce a colorful collection of eggs year 'round.  We also offering replacment layer pullets. Pasture-raised broiler chickens are available frozen all year or fresh in the summer months.  Seasonally, we raise turkeys on pasture which can be purchased fresh or frozen.  

Our bee yard is expanding and honey is available from our untreated hives.  We have 25 flavors of honey sticks now available.  Maple syrup is available for sale here on the farm-produced in-cooperation with other Catskill farmers. 

Basic "homesteading" classes are given including bread making basics, cheese making, canning, and principles of preserving food for adults and 4-H groups.  We use no chemical fertilizers/fungicides and our bees are treatment-free.
