Catskill Rose Lodging & Dining

The rooms are simple stylish spaces mindful of comfort and privacy with modern amenities. Though we are not a B&B, we stock the rooms with delicious house baked scones, orange juice, seasonal fruit, hard boiled eggs, coffee, tea and cocoa as an in-room breakfast.  And It is not uncommon to find afternoon treats.

We are hands-on chefs engaged in thoughtful cooking, committed to using best ingredients, including harvest from our organic kitchen garden and are passionate about executing classic techniques to create a spirited and seasonally driven menu. Most everything is locally sourced so home-made tastes really good. Delicious food is the cornerstone of Catskill Rose; the dining room is lovely, intimate and always open to the public.
