Catskill Provisions Distillery

Catskill Provisions Distillery began as an artisanal food and craft spirits company in 2010 with honey at our core. Our 100% New York raw wildflower honey is the star ingredient in our hand crafted products, from our highly acclaimed NY Honey Rye Whiskey to our chocolate honey truffles. All our spirits are made in small batches, hand crafted from NY State non-GMO grains and grapes.

Since opening our distillery in 2018, Founder and Head Distiller, Claire M Marin has also created a line of Pollinator Spirits, such as Pollinator Vodka, Pollinator Gin, Beespoke Gin, NY Honey Rye Whiskey, NY Maple Bourbon, Bonfire Rye Whiskey and Crimson Amaro.

Come visit our tasting room and restaurant located in the center of Callicoon NY to enjoy all we make. We conduct tastings, serve cocktails, and serve elevated bistro fare. All our delicious artisanal food products, spirits, as well as locally made beers, wine and cider are available for purchase.
