Our focus is on producing delicious 100% maple syrup and grass-fed, grass-finished Hereford beef. Our small flock of Romney sheep provides lamb and wool, grazing alongside pastured meat chickens and turkeys. We offer beef by the half and quarter, as well as USDA retail cuts.
