We will talk about symptoms and management using herbs. We will talk about a little bit about HRT but majority of class will be focused on herbs.We will be able to have the opportunity to speak freely with no judgement sharing what you are doing or questions you may have. Menopause is such a big thing in our lives. We need all the support we can get.I will have some herbs available for sale and will let you know where you can buy what I don’t carry. You will leave with handouts and some maca powder. We will learn about hair oiling especially lovely for those experiencing hair-loss and hair breakage. Class will cost $35 and I will have enough room for 20 people. You need to prepay and preregister. Class is Sunday February 8th from 12-3.
