We are so excited to announce our first-ever Chef’s Tasting Dinner at the farm!As the orchard begins to bloom, Hurds Family Farm will open after hours for an intimate culinary event featuring an extraordinary 7-course tasting menu created by a CIA-trained, award-winning local Chef.For this special evening, Chef Stef will present a seasonal, farm-inspired menu celebrating the fresh flavors of spring. Each course will be thoughtfully paired with delicious drinks designed to complement it, featuring local ingredients and our Hudson Valley partners. This is not a traditional restaurant dinner — it’s a rare farm-to-table tasting experience created for one night only.Dinner service will take place inside our historic barn, set against the peaceful backdrop of the orchard in bloom.
