CSA (Community Supported Agriculture)
It’s that time of year to sign up for a local Community Supported Agriculture (CSA)! Joining a CSA is a great way to support local farms and strengthen the connection between farmers and consumers.
When you join a CSA, you gain direct access to fresh, seasonal food while supporting the land and people who grow it. Members receive regularly harvested produce at peak freshness, enjoy better flavor and nutrition, and help reduce food miles and packaging.
By sharing in the rewards of the growing season, CSA members strengthen their local food system, eat more seasonally, and may even discover something new to try. Most CSAs offer summer and fall shares, with weekly deliveries of fresh vegetables, produce, or even flowers, depending on the season.
