Sugarhouses throughout the New York region are opening their doors and inviting visitors in for guided tours, sap-to-syrup demonstrations, tasty samples, and festive favorites like pancake breakfasts. It’s the perfect opportunity to follow the maple journey from tree tapping to the evaporator, and to stock up on fresh, locally crafted syrup and specialty maple treats. Celebrate the season, indulge your sweet tooth, and show your support for our hardworking local producers. Visit a Pure Catskills producer farm on March 21–22 and March 28–29, 2026 for a delicious, family-friendly outing with something for every maple lover to enjoy.
