Ingredients

  • 1 cup finely chopped onion
  • ½ cup ornage juice
  • ¼ cup dry white wine
  • 2 tsp crushed Rosemary
  • 1 tsp Thyme
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil, divided
  • 8 loin lamb chops – 1 to 1 ¼ in think, trimmed

Instructions

  1. Mix first 8 ingredients and 2 tbsp of the oil in a small bowl
  2. Reserve ½ cup of marinade
  3. Place Lamb chops in large resalable bag or glass dish
  4. Add remaining marinade and coat well
  5. Refrigerate 30 minutes or longer for extra flavor
  6. Remove lamb chops from marinade
  7. Grill lamb chops on high heat for 8 mins or until desired doneness, turning once
  8. Baste lamb chops with remaining marinade
