Grilled Rosemary Marinated Lamb Chops
Ingredients
- 1 cup finely chopped onion
- ½ cup ornage juice
- ¼ cup dry white wine
- 2 tsp crushed Rosemary
- 1 tsp Thyme
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 3 Tbsp olive oil, divided
- 8 loin lamb chops – 1 to 1 ¼ in think, trimmed
Directions
- Mix first 8 ingredients and 2 tbsp of the oil in a small bowl
- Reserve ½ cup of marinade
- Place Lamb chops in large resalable bag or glass dish
- Add remaining marinade and coat well
- Refrigerate 30 minutes or longer for extra flavor
- Remove lamb chops from marinade
- Grill lamb chops on high heat for 8 mins or until desired doneness, turning once
- Baste lamb chops with remaining marinade
