THE 607 CSA: A Food Sovereignty Project and Program of Catskills Agrarian Alliance

The 607 CSA is a multi-farm, collaborative, whole-diet CSA celebrating the Catskills’ tradition of small-scale family farming. In addition to our four collaborating vegetable farms, who provide a weekly or bi-weekly vegetable share, we offer season-long shares of pastured meat, eggs, dairy and more, as well as add-ons from more than 35 additional neighboring farms and food businesses, allowing you to customize your share weekly. We offer sliding scale pricing and payment plans. You can also contribute to our Food Justice Programs, which provide healthy food to people in need, both upstate and down. We believe that by participating in an economy of collaboration rather than scale, area farms can feed our communities while continuing to produce the most delicious food in NYS!
