Chasing Honey Farm is a hyperlocal producer of raw, treatment-free honey specializing in minimally-strained & cut-comb styles. The apiary is located in the central Catskills overlooking Belleayre, nestled between Pine Hill and Margaretville. No tours or tastings, though our honey can be found in our favourite local retailers.
