Pure maple syrup producer and specialty food processor. The farm is a pioneer in value-added agricultural products featuring cereals, pickles, snack foods and condiments all naturally sweetened with maple syrup. Frequently called The Best Breakfast in the Catskills, our farm-to-table breakfast is served weekends, year round from 8 am-1 pm. The farm store is open 7 days a week but we are frequently outside or around the farm, so please call ahead if you are coming from a distance. We have a wide variety of maple products as well as the original Hansmanns Recipe pancake mixes, our own pastured pork breakfast sausage, fresh eggs and many regional specialty products available in the store.
