This week’s market is the Cooperstown Farmers’ Market, located at, 101 Main Street, Cooperstown, NY 13326.
The Cooperstown Farmers’ Market, founded by Otsego 2000 in 1991, supports local growers, producers, and artisans and offers a direct connection between producer and consumer. A Saturday ritual for many, the Farmers’ Market is a welcoming place of community. The market draws over thirty vendors from within a fifty mile radius, providing a wonderful array of local foods and hand-crafted items.
Saturdays Year-Round
May – December: 9 AM – 2 PM
January – April: 10 AM – 2 PM
and on Tuesdays:
July – September: 12 PM – 5 PM
The only heated indoor farmers’ market in the region, the Cooperstown Farmers’ Market operates year round, rain or shine. Enjoy live music Saturdays May-December.
The Market continues its commitment to local food access for all by participating in SNAP/EBT, the Farmers’ Market Nutrition Program, and the Cooperstown Food Pantry Market Voucher program.
Thanks to the Lions Club of Cooperstown, we are also able to offer a SNAP MATCH program, where our SNAP customers receive a match of up to $15 extending their food dollars further!
Products
Many are surprised to discover just how much of their weekly shopping can be done at the Market. Each week, you’ll find a wonderful variety of local products: fresh produce, pasture-raised meat, farmstead cheeses and charcuterie, yogurt, jam, pesto, granola, baked goods, eggs, plants, maple syrup, honey, coffee, fresh cut flowers, local wine and spirits, CBD products, breakfast sandwiches, seasonal soups and vegan takeaway meals. You will also find a range of crafts and household goods: handmade beeswax candles, handwoven baskets, local ceramics, custom wood workings, herbal products, handmade soaps, fine art prints, handmade glassware and knits.
