Jean Bright will be demonstrating the making of mozzarella cheese using goats milk. She will also demonstrate how to fill molds with soft set curd. All participants will receive cheese recipes and material lists to make your own cheese at home. Following the demonstrations, we will be sharing a meal. Feel free to bring a dish to pass (but not required). We will hold an open forum to discuss any topics or issues that you care to share.

There is no fee to attend, but feel free to bring a dish to pass.
