This year, we are proud to feature many of the farmers’ markets and farm stores located throughout the Catskills region that have made it possible for consumers to purchase directly from the source year-round. The pages of this magazine represent the growth and triumph of the buy local movement during the hardest of times with the largest membership we have had to date. One of the many achievements Pure Catskills has accomplished throughout the years has been creating a community-based network of collaborators, showcased best by thriving farmers’ markets and farm stores. These relationships are not just farmer-to-consumer, but from farmer-to-farmer and neighbor-to-neighbor. This Guide is a reflection of these beautiful collaborations, relationships and region.

The Cooperstown Farmers’ Market, open on Saturdays throughout the year, features 30+ vendors located within 50 miles of Cooperstown, NY. Founded by Otsego 2000 in 1991, the Cooperstown Farmers’ Market connects farmers, specialty food producers, crafters, and artisans with customers looking for healthy local foods and handcrafted items.

ALL Family Farm
ALL Family Farm is, as the name suggests, a family owned and operated farm. I purchased the property with my wife Misty knowing that we wanted to build an environment which fostered some of our childhood experiences and dreams. In 2019, we finally set in motion the plan and made our long-awaited dream of owning a farm a reality.
