Dave and Sonia run a diversified socially responsible farm that focus on nutrient dense foods, herbal teas, Apple Cider Vinegar and Fuego Cider. Everything is made by hand in small batches at their commercial kitchen, using their own certified biodynamic produce and grass-fed meats, and adding only organic ingredients.
