Weathertop farm is owned and run by Kate Miller, and is the culmination of many years of Kate's efforts to create a space where wild indigenous plants can live in harmony with carefully cultivated ones. Over time Kate has planted hundreds of medicinal and culinary herbs, fruit trees, and native berry plants and bushes, while encouraging the growth of native plants. We respect the notion that much of what you need is growing right outside your door, and for that reason we incorporate wild plants into our everyday life through our products. As a farm business, Kate believes that the way to survive and thrive is through a diversified, high quality product line as well as foraging walks and tours, and classes on local plants and herbal knowledge. The farm is certified organic and has a licensed kitchen where our products come together. Among those products are artisanal bitters, shrub and switchel concentrates, herbal teas, and Fiery Cider. Everything is made fresh, in small batches, using our farm fresh and /or local organic ingredients whenever possible.
