This week's market is the Cooperstown Farmers' Market, located just off Main Street in Pioneer Alley, Cooperstown.

The Cooperstown Farmers' Market runs every Saturday all year round (January through April, 10am to 2pm; May through August, 8am to 2pm; and September through December, 9am to 2pm) and on Tuesdays in July and August, 12 to 5pm.

Products: Make one stop at the market to find everything you need to enjoy our diverse local bounty. The weekly Rosendale Farmers’ Market, located behind the Rosendale Theatre, from 10am- 2pm at 408 Main Street, Rosendale, NY.

Opening date is Sunday June 4 and Final Market Sunday Oct 29th from 10 AM–2 PM, with a full roster of favorite and new vendors. Every market includes conventional and organic products, free coffee and teas, live music, and quality hands-on children’s activities to keep kids engaged while parents shop and to teach them about healthy foods and the environment. Our Winter Market will be held on the second & fourth Sunday of the month (December – April) from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm; inside the Rosendale Recreation Center on Route 32.

Products: The Rosendale Farmers' Market features locally-raised meats, fresh fruit and produce, wine, baked goods and other locally crafted foods. On market days, visitors can also browse the Rosendale Theatre's Flea Market, featuring a wide variety of antiques, crafts and collectibles.

This week's market is the Neversink Farmers' Market, located Neversink General Store on 4 Schumway Road, 55 in Neversink, NY.

Products: You will be able to select plants for your vegetable and flower gardens, salad greens, special houseplants for your home, fresh baked goods, syrup for your pancakes, steaks or burger for your barbecue and more including essential herbal products. This newest market in Sullivan County will be open each Saturday 10 a.m.-2 p.m. More produce will be there each week as the growing season progresses.

This week's market is the Lexington Farmers' Market,located on Route 42 in Lexington, NY in the Lexington Municipal Building Pavilion.

The Lexington Farmers Market opens on Saturday, May 20 in 2017 and runs every other Saturday through October 21, from 10 – noon. 2017 dates are May 20, June 3, 17; July 1, 15, 29; Aug. 12, 26; Sept. 9, 23; Oct. 7, 21.

The newest gem to the Farmers’ Markets in the Catskills is the Jefferson Farmers’ Market. Jefferson is located along Rt. 10 and N. Harpersfield Road in Schoharie County, NY, just northeast of Stamford. The Jefferson Farmers’ Market is housed within the historic and renovated Maple Museum located at 221 Creamery Street. Visiting this market is like a step back in time, a simpler time. Opening day was May 27th, and if the crowds and enthusiasm are any indication, Jefferson will be the place to be this summer!

You will be treated to a wide selection of local farm fresh eggs, honey, cheeses, milk and yogurts, maple syrup and everything you can imagine maple- candy, popcorn, vinegar, barbeque sauce, mustard, sugar, and ground coffee. You will also find, fresh baked scones, cookies, breads, as well as jams, jellies, marmalades ,organic produce, flats of local raised flowers and vegetables for planting, bees wax candles and creations, lotions and soaps, local spun wool fibers ready for crafting as well as already skillfully crafted wool items, local farm raised chicken, pork, beef, lamb, rabbit and goat meats. As the summer season progresses, the produce choices become to expansive to list, so you will just have to continue to visit our market each Saturday for new and exciting farm to table choices!

Features: WIC and FreshConnect and SNAP will be accepted. In fact, you can enjoy a Belgian horse drawn wagon ride from Simpler Times Farms, around the beautiful village green. Throughout the summer there will be demonstrations, and our local Chef cooking delicious farm to table dishes. And kids can visit the free craft center to show off their artistic talents. Although just getting started, the Market has attracted many well established local businesses as vendors.

This week's market is the Pakatakan Farmers' Market, located at the historic Round Barn on Route 30 in Halcottsville, NY (approximately 5 miles north of Arkville/Margaretville), and runs every Saturday from May 13 – October 7, from 9 AM-2 PM.

Since its inception in 1991, the market has consistently been a popular shopping and socializing spot for local residents, weekenders and even celebrities from near and far. Among the many products featured at the market (depending on the season) are goods that are grown on local, organic and sustainable farms and crate farms. Items offered include: pasture-raised meats, trout, cheeses, breads as well as bedding plants for your garden and patio. Locally made indoor and outdoor furniture is also offered.

The market is a great place to enjoy breakfast or brunch, as there are many food vendors and picnic tables. Artisans also sell jewelry, soaps, quilts, wool, wood products and more. There is a holiday market in November. The Pakatakan Farmers’ Market is held rain or shine. Out of consideration for everyone, dogs are not allowed at the market. As always, admission is free.
