Located in the heart of the Catskill Watershed and covering almost 400 acres, our sustainable regenerative farm utilizes best management practices to raise our heritage French Guinea Fowl without antibiotics or cages, to custom graze grass fed beef using intensive rotations, and to soon grow specialty crops that restore our soils and protect our water.
